You will find here OpenVMS and Rdb tools.

These tools are released under the 'GNU General Public License' (gnu_general_public_license_v2.txt )

Some tools, coming from other places, may be under different license conditions, in this case read the associated license.

The C++ library WxString comes from a tool named  wxWindows ( http://www.wxwindows.org ).
WxString evolved from a  GNU library, and is distributed under GPL.

Some tools are written in PERL.
You may find OpenVMS prebuild version of Perl for OpenVMS on http://www.sidhe.org/vmsperl/index.html

Some tools use Python.
You may find Python for OpenVMS on http://vmspython.dyndns.org/

Some tools are made for the HTTP Web server WASD.
They probably work with other HTTPD Web servers (CSWS, OSU, Netscape Fastrack,...) but this has not been tested.

Some tools use the  MadGoat library NETLIB.

Some of these tools use parsers, these parsers are written using PCCTS.
PCCTS is maintained by Tom Moog (tmoog@polhode.com).
I would like to thank him for having done the modifications I submitted him to ease the build of this tool under OpenVMS.

Each zip file contains objects files and a link procedure, not all include sources files.

The documentation is, currently, very sparse...
